Brittnie & Austen got married on August 4th of 2012, and you’re probably wondering ‘Why blog it now?! Are you that slow?!’ — well, I am just now starting to ‘blog’ regularly, so I’m going through all the past weddings until I’ve shared them all (the ones I have albums of!). Boy, do I have a ton of weddings to blog from 2012-now!
Brittnie & Austen have just recently welcomed their first child and I thought it would be fun to share their magical day, where the happily ever after starts :-)
I just adore Brittnie, she reminds me of a Disney princess. She’s also an actor and singer, and truly could play the part of a Disney princess! Of course she had the Belle Disney Wedding gown for her big day, and you know I loved that!!! Her wedding details were very fairy tale inspired. Her flowers were fun and bold, with bright pink and blue tones and whimsical elements like the fern curls and mosses. She wanted the pieces to have unusual or woodsy elements, something that would make you think of a magical woodland setting!
How cute is his reaction at their First Look?!
Her dad built a gorgeous arbor for the ceremony, which (I believe) they now have at home to enjoy and remember their day. There’s something so sentimental and special about having a piece of your wedding day setting with you to keep forever. It’s one heck of a momento! She also had recorded a song that played while she walked down the aisle — I bet there wasn’t a dry eye!
She totally sang to her groom!! How awesome!?
