FAQ
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the delivery date. After 14 days prior, an admin fee of $100 will apply. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the delivery date will not be given a refund and the monies paid will become the cancellation fee (we can't return special order perishables). Please check your date and delivery location first before paying for your Flower Cart items - send a message here.

We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal value, color and similar style in the event any flowers or products are unavailable or of poor quality.
Delivery
ORDER MINIMUM
We require a minimum Flower Cart order total of $750 + the flat $250 delivery fee. If your order does not meet the minimum, it will be cancelled.
when to place an order
The earliest we take Flower Cart orders is 120 days out from the delivery date, and a minimum of 21 days.
