Siobhan & Anou just celebrated their one year anniversary yesterday, so what better time to blog their wedding!? (Again, if you read my blog you know I’m just now getting into blogging past weddings!).
Every bride I have is after my heart in some way – whether it’s a similar taste in music, movies, or wedding styling, each bride is a favorite for some reason. Siobhan is a favorite because of her fun and edgy fashion sense. She also runs a blog called Remotely Fashion with her bff, Miriam – check it out! I knew when I first met with her that we’d be an easy match!
Her colors were coral, peach tones, and pinks with mint and a pop of a mustard yellow (really just in the crespedia boutonnieres, to add a quirky element).
She wanted to include some sort of textural element to make the bouquets a little more unusual than average, so we included some scabiosa pods (the honeycomb looking things!).
Siobhan didn’t want the typical ‘ballroom’ type centerpieces. Instead, she wanted to use reclaimed or vintage bottles, jars and vases to create a different look for the ballroom space.
This beautiful wedding was also published on Style Me Pretty!
